Well, any New Testament church I guess but I hope your friend realizes that what he is doing is wrong and isn't one of those (such as my sister) who only pick and choose the things they like from the Bible. If he is truly repentent of his sins, we all make mistakes, and wants to change he'll find people to help him out of that lifestyle if he wants out.
