it mainly start sticking after useing the Cruise Control when i turn it "OFF" and go to push the gas. you half to use force to get it to move. when the padel is released all the way it move freely. but when you go too give it gas its stuck. is anyone else haveing this problem? I think it would be MF defect

Take it in and get it fixed. It should be under warranty still.

That could be a dangerous situation, it's not worth losing your life over a problem that can be corrected.

good car. a great escape in every sense of the word. enjoy. but yeah, in simple terms, overdrive is like a fourth gear. When you turn it off, then there are only 3. There are some situations (like towing or going up a gradual incline) that the car should automatically downshift but it does not. For normal driving, it is recommended that you leave the transmission in over-drive mode. This will result in the best fuel economy. It is also worth noting that when the vehicle is started, the overdrive is turned on automatically.

The throttle body is getting stuck, but if it's a manufacturing defect or what I do not know, only a mechanic who physically looks at it can tell for sure

no its not a mf defect, it most likely your throttle body.
