if you bought it and didnt sign the title, it aint fully your car. not good

Do you have the title? Do you have a Bill of Sales? What did you get for your money?
Get the title signed over to you. The orginal owner can use an extra set of keys and take your car and what can the police do? He has the title it's his car, you have nothing now.
Do something before you get ripped off. Good luck.

Then you better have a receipt, or bill of sale. Take it to the seller and request for the title which is rightfully yours. If the seller refuses, file a complaint with the police.
