Good question. As an easy out, just drink kosher wine, which, obviously, is acceptable for passover. And while a lot of kosher wine is ultra-sweet, you can find some non-sweet kosher wines if you look hard enough. Not great wine, but is kosher.

Although we're required to drink four cups of wine at the Seder to commemorate the four stages of redemption:

Leading out
Saving
Redeeming
Taking out

It's preferable to use red wine that has not been boiled (non-mevushal). The catch is that any non-Sabbath observer will render the wine non-kosher if it's not boiled. If the Seder will include non-Sabbath observers, then better to get boiled red wine. Each cup must be around 3.3 Oz. or so, and you should drink most of it.

Other than that, there's no commandment to drink specifically.

Four glasses of wine are poured during the Seder to symbolize the four main stages of Exodus that led Hebrew slaves to the promised land of freedom. These stages were:
Freedom
Deliverance
Redemption
Release
Besides these, there is a fifth cup of wine, which is poured and placed on the Seder table known as the Cup of Elijah. It is so known as it is an offering for the Prophet Elijah and thus, the door to the home is opened at this time to invite him in. Some people also say that originally the doors were opened because there were rumors in the air at one time that Jews used to mix blood of Christian babies in their wines during Seder. To remove any such doubts, the doors were opened to let the non-Jew neighbors see that the ceremony involves no such objectionable thing.

A new addition to the Passover Seder Jewish rituals is the Miriam's Cup to honor the contributions of women and the role of Miriam, the sister of Moses sister and the Prophetess in the Exodus. However unlike the Elijah's Cup, it is filled with water to commemorate the miraculous Miriam's well that saved the Israelites from dying of thirst during their long journey in the hot desert sun.

Wine

It is preferable to drink wine rather than grape juice, unless one is unable to drink wine. It is also preferable to drink an entire cup - an amount of at least 3 1/2 fluid ounces.

Wine is mandatory at four points of the Seder. It is used for Kiddush at the beginning of the Seder. After the story of the Exodus is told, the second cup of wine is drunk before eating the Motzi Matzah. The third cup is after the Birkat Hamazon (Grace After Meals). The fourth cup is drunk after the Hallel.

The four cups of wine represent the four promises given by God to the Children of Israel: "...and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm........and I will take you to me for a people..." (Ex 6:6, 7)

Another reason given for the four cups is that the Children of Israel had four actions that merited their redeption. First, they continued using their Hebrew names. They also continued using the Hebrew language and they remained highly moral. Lastly, they remained loyal to one another

don't think the question is which kind of alcohol ~ The question is how much..
Of course I'm not Catholic or Protestant~~ think they have different beliefs~
~This is probably a good question for a minister with whom you respect.
Someone you consider to be following God's path...
~In addition, I would pray earnestly and seek an answer from the word of God,
the Bible. ~Lastly, I would want to examine my motive for wanting to know...
What do I want the outcome to be and why?
