find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Dude, safety is forever the standard so achieve your goal and be safe doing it. Here's a healthy plan, eat smaller meals at least 4-6, mostly made up of protein, fruits and vegs, drink plenty of water and A.M. Cardio Run then P.M. pump sessions, less weight more reps at least six days a week for overall body fitness. Good luck

Jogging helps.. i did that in college cuz I ate alot.. hehe and it will trim you down. Yes, and do LOTS of ab workouts like situps, crunches..etc. And most importantly eat healthy. Cuz if you work out and still eat lots of food high in fat then you won't get good results.
