i was on a diet for a while and lost 16 pounds. i was 144 and am now 128. i have been so hungry lately though and just always want food. why is this i never felt like this b4 and does this mean i'm gunna gain all the weight back?

You may need to see a nutritionist and/or MD to help determine if you are deficient in some nutrients and therefore need to adjust your post-diet eating habits so that you get what you need--without picking up extra calories.

Alot of people confuse thirst for hunger, try drinking an 8 oz glass of water when you think you are hungry and see if you are still hungry after.

well personally i am an on/ off athelete becuase i play jv for my highschool team right now its off season when i stoped working out for a week and started to get hungry more than i was i would suggest doing light exercise every day and eat a little extra you still burn fat just not as fast

your metabolism is raging prob which is good because that will let you lose weight quicker. Just eat 5-6 small meals a day so you can keep your metabolism going.

you are a yo yo...... yeah I know the feeling you are talking about, time to start eating fresh fruits, watermelon, is great for those cravings, eat apples and fruits.. need to change your life style so that you can be the person you are.

also take multi-vitamins your body says you need something
