I know, they do something every half-hour, before bed my daughter (nearly 3) said "I'm so happy I'm gonna smile!"
I love hearing the cute stuff kids do/say, got anything that'll make me smile?
Thanks for sharing!

OMG! So funny. My almost 7 year old walked in after my husband and I.... well lets just say we have been TTC for 13 months and we tried the whole pillow thing under the butt.

Needless to say that is when she walked in (thought she was sleeping as it was late)

Anyway... I went to parent teacher interviews the other day and I got from one of her little friends, Oh your having a baby and I said no. No I am not having a baby and I looked at my daughter and she said well that is why you were hanging up side down right. That is how you and daddy make babies.

I was SOOOOOOOOO embarrassed and still had to sit with her teacher after that.

Funny now though!

I have a 5 year old and he was vacuming the play room, ( I am on bed rest with twins) and I told him to vacume around the circle formed by the base of the rocking chair, and he took the vacume and literally vacumed a circle around it. Any other time would he listen and do exactly as I told him to, nope. And my 21 month old was told no for getting a marker out of a drawer, so he looked at me when I had a marker later on, and took it out of my hand and said "no-no mama".

What a great question!! Thanks for asking.

My son is 10 months old and is suddenly turning into a hilarious little 'ham'. This morning before I left for work he sneezed (which always cracks him up), so I pretend sneezed back 3 or 4 times. He giggled so I stopped, thinking we were ready to move on to the next thing. He looked me full in the eye, smiled, and pretend sneezed right back at me!

Our first joke!!!

Walking on air..and thanks for giving me a chance to talk about it!

It wasn't today, but....

I took my 3-year-old to the dentist. While we were waiting for the Dr., I was keeping him entertained by going over the different animal sounds. Once we finished all the animals and their sounds, I started with what the different animals eat. We got through all the animals, so I asked him "And what does Ryan eat?"

The doctor came around the corner and heard my beautiful boy say, "Steak, potatoes, and garlic bread!"

Too adorable!!!

Well, my siblings were only born this morning, April 6, 2007, seven of them, and the obviously can't talk yet. But, my Aunt Hannah had a one and a three year old, and they are absolutely adorable. The three year old, Kassy, turned three on March 21, and my grandma and I went to sing Happy Birthday to her. When we finished, she said, "Awe, thanks you guys. Come in and join my birfday party. These are all my friendths." Then, she proceded to introduce us to everyone of her friends. Also, she told me, " Caedyn, do you fink its pastable for me to have a babies when I turn four?" The one year old, Mady, just learned to say," Cae, Cae," her way of saying Caedyn. They're both so cute, and I can't wait until the septuplets get to that stage!!!

I'm taking online classes and I was stressing over the internet connection. My 17 month old son lifted his arms for me to pick him up. When I did, he put his head on my shoulder an patted my back.

My youngest is 9, he is severely autistic and non-verbal but one of the sweetest children you will ever see. My husband and I were being silly and wrestling around...I was yelping "ow...ow" because I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard. My son came over and kissed my knee...he seemed to think I yelped because I hurt myself. This is the first time he spontaneously tried to comfort someone so it was especially touching.

I took my 5year old son to the dentist and after the doctor, gave him a shot (she was as miled as can be but he needed and extraction), my son cried and loudly asked her:
" What did I do to you? Why you have to hurt me so much?"
Silence reigned the office.

Thanks for asking... I came to this category SPECIFICALLY to share this laugh..

Today, my 6yr old son found a nickle on the floor.. he asked ever so genuinely and with mild frustration... "Mom.. why does God keep changing all the faces on the money?.. see look at this.. (showing me the face on the "new" nickel) this isn't right"... He is SO funny sometimes.
