I am under 18 and i have pain when i jog, run, or jump right under my knee cap. It just started recently when i began track, and i didn't really do a lot of running prior.

Sorry, no one, not even a doctor will diagnose you without seeing you. A doctor would say that while it is possible that you have Osgood-Schlatter disease, there is no way to know without a complete medical history, an examination and possibly an x-ray.

If it turns out to be Osgood-Schlatter disease, the doctor may refer you to a center to learn specific stretching exercises (often these include quadriceps and hamstring stretches) that can help relieve the pain. It will also keep the area strong and toned.
