They actually have an ad for a new guy body spray that can't be smelled from far away, and they totally make fun of Axe and Tag.
I think you have a legitimate concern. Talk to your friends and see if you can gather a group to say something to the principal. You can send a polite e-mail, write a letter or tell them in person.
You will probably discover that the teachers and other students have already been complaining.
Or ask the teacher to allow you to sit somewhere else.

Oh I know what you mean. I'd like to add to this that it's often hard to explain to elderly women that the ENTIRE HOUSE doesn't need to smell like Yardley, or to pot smokers that patchouli doesn't hide ANYTHING. (and it chokes asthmatics.)
I would speak one on one to the worst offenders if you are on good terms with them. Just explain that cologne is meant to be subtle, and do they like it when girls spray perfume or hairspray everywhere? Ideally, you get a tiny whiff of something good and want to get closer, not be driven away. If that doesn't work, try the "I have allergies and certain chemicals really get me" card.
I wouldn't get the adults involved if you can help it. This is one of those things that they shouldn't need to make a rule about. But, as for the guy in spanish class, I'd make an exception and ask to move your seat.

Get a group of girls you know and have them very casually make comments between themselves about how stinky the halls are and how they wished they could meet men that knew how to spray a little bit of cologne on and smell good....that should do the trick

Go up to a guy and say something along the lines of "Wow, you have way to much of that AXE on." Cover you nose with the front part of your shirt. Ask you teachers if they can put you near the windows because it bothers you.

Get the girls together and all start a rumour that the smell of ivory soap makes you girls horny. It won't be long before the boys wash that Axe off.

At my school, one of the new rules is to ban spraying that stuff in the halls because some students had some pretty serious allergic reactions to it. If you can find someone who is allergic, use that as proof of the problem when you report it to authorities. Good luck!

Talk to a teacher about it. There was a kid that every break we had he went to his locker and got out his axe. He sprayed it and every where he went you could smell it and it gave me a headache!!! What I would say is either "excuse me but do you mind'' to be nice but to be rude i would say "you freakin dork you freakin stink! I bet if you had BO you'd smell better!!''
But i don't know that's just what i would say

Don't yell at them... but you're right something should be done!
Talk to your principal about this. Since you are forced to go to school, you shouldn't be forced to be nauseated by odors, be it BO or Axe! It's quite common for workplaces to be designated 'fragrance free'... perhaps the same thing could be done for your school.
