I see them for the idiots they are, and their opinion just doesn't matter to me. I do wish they would move to Iraq, since they hate America so much.....

Im a little confused by your source so far. When I tried to click on the source linkes below the viewer comments, I ended up at a blog. That blog had what you posted word for word and a source link. When I clicked on that source link, it sent me back to your webstie. That happened 3 more times. Where did this originally come from? It doesn't sound like anything I have even seen a Soldier do after 12 years of service and 5 deployments. I am not automatically saying this is BS. I would like to see a source for this other then blogs and a black and white webpage that circle on each other since this is the first I have heard of this.

To borrow a phrase from the Army, such people are lower than whale@@@@, and the only place to find that is at the bottom of the ocean..
(Former.) Actually, I never paid any attention to it.
What made me laught, was the elderly laidies, "Oh, you're in the Army, do you know my grandson, he's in the Army too"
I'd reply, "Where's he stationed. i just was just there, but I never did meet him. Just a little innocent lie to make some one feel good."

Speaking for myself, I did it because I believed in my heart and soul that there is no better form of government than our own. I did it because in spite of the faults our system has I believed I had a duty to preserve our Republic for those no longer able to and those yet to be born. I did it because I saw the evil that men do in this world and I believed if I could just maintain the torch of liberty for just awhile longer...well, I have been accused of being a dreamer. You need not think me noble or heroic for I am neither of these, because in the end I did it for one reason alone. I did it because I love my country, even when she breaks my heart.

Obviously you have NO idea what it means to serve.
When you do serve (and I did), you think you are actually do it for yourself, Does that sound selfish.. it's not.. You endure screaming, yelling physical demands for what? You become strong, For a cause, for defending.. You realize the world is bigger than yourself, and you step out of your world and become a part of something that you cannot replace or replicate. Does it give you a thick skin, in some cases yes! For those that need it. For those that its inborn in, it just makes it real.

I am a 2-time Iraq vet. The way I see it is I don't talk crap about your job and your choices in life so why do you want to get in my business? I don't know. If someone hates what we are doing that bad, tell them to keep the t.v. off and don't read the news papers and dig a big freakin hole and cover themselves up in it. It isnt that we think everything is right but our boss tells us to do something and we do it while trying to stay alive at the same time. I don't know about you but I don't argue with my boss. I do what I am told by my superiors and I have no problem with it. you always hear about repititions, you hear the same thing over and over, you just arent going to waste your energy getting mad over the same sh.it over and over, we don't care what the uneducated public is saying about what we are doing.

I certainly didn't fight for a country where everyone had to follow blindly.
Being against the war doesn't mean not supporting the troops

Your question is just as annoying. You know the most annoying thing to our boys here in the states? Stupid questions about how they feel about the war. They don't want to answer that question 50 times a day.
Support the troops by letting them do their business.
edit: I didn't mean to sound rude. That is what I have been told by numerous friends. People are well intentioned with their inquiries but it gets on their nerves. I have personally not seen anyone so low as to give the troops trouble.....I'd smack them if I heard it.
