My baby girl ( 1 year old)and me want to fly to NY City. Do you think she needs a picture ID?? Also can I bring her milk (liquid)in the cabin??

Only 18 years old and over must have photo ID. Honestly, I think it's wise to have photo ID for children. Mine do. But the answer is no, it's not required. You can bring baby formula in 3 ounce containers through security. You can also bring any beverages that you buy after the security checkpoint onto the plane. So, maybe you can also get some milk at the restaurants by your gate.

Call your airline they will let you know everything, but they have milk aboard the plane. Kids under a certain age (I think 16) don't need an ID when traveling with a parent inside the USA.

If the mothers and fathers are US voters, the infant can fly contained in the united states without id or passport so long because the mothers and fathers ARE WITH HIM. if the mothers and fathers are literally not US voters, then the infant needs a passport clone of they do.
