No, not really. I have scoliosis and had my period at 13. I was diagnosed a little before. Idiopathic scoliosis usually starts around the same time, but it doesn't have an effect on it.
But when my curve started progressing rapidly, I skipped a few periods. I don't know whether it had to do with scoliosis.
Good luck.

as soemone who is an assistant in a chiropractors office, i have never seen a case of scoliosis cause a womans period to start later than her usual schedule. depending on how old you were at the time of diagnosis you may just be going though a change in you routine. or the stress that occurs from finding out you have scoliosis and treating it may have caused the chang, but no, the actual spinal problems don't cause it.

In a study of women with osteoporosis, 48% had scoliosis, a statistically significant relationship.
Amenorrhoea (a lack of menstruation) in athletes is associated with both scoliosis and fractures. Amenorrhoea is associated with low estrogen levels, which is associated with osteoporosis.
