Do not over wash your arm because it can make it worse. There are some creams and washes for bacne (acne on your back) and that might work on your arm. Drinking lots of water and using lotions does keep your skin well hydrated and it can help if your problem is caused by dry skin. If you notice that your problem gets worse when you sweat or become more active while you are wearing clothes that cover that area, make sure you wash it well as you should anyway. Rather than that I really don't know, but some problems like that will clear up over time with good cleansing like mine did.

make sure that it is acne and not exema.

then
wash your arms with Neutrogena Acne Scrub Soap.
exfoliate by putting oatmeal, salt, lemon juice and plain yougurt on your arms for 15mins.
then rinse off.
put an acne treatment on them (contains salicydic acid)
and drink LOTS of water. about a gallon a day

if you arent sure if it is acne or the acne doesnt improve then go to the dermatologist.

do NOT wash your arms 4 times a day. unless you want dried out, flaky skin. in the shower, [after you wash your hair, cause shampoo can clog your pores] scrub your arms, not too hard cause your skin is sensitive. for home made remidies... hm, i dont know what would be good to use. i know tooth paste dries up acne, but you have to make sure its a paste. gels wont work. id just say, keep um clean and try not to touch um too much. the scrubing in the shower should help a lot cause it will get the dead skin out of your pores.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

This could be caused by the soaps you are using. Most soaps are harsh as well as hard water causing havoc to our skin. You should try botanically based products from a European Health and Wellness company. They give wonderful results without disrupting the natural PH levels in our skin. www.CindieReed.myarbonne.com, click on products, then 'Not So Basic' Skin Care

try to see your doctor first. it may NOT be acne... maybe its a short of allergy to something that you eat or likewise to the weather. treating it with acne remedies might just worsen the case. do not wash it as often, it will just irritate and worsen the condition of your skin.

Drink tons of water, especially warm water with lemon at breakfast. I used to have awful breakouts, but I've started drinking more water, and it has really cleared up. The power of H2O!
