Okay, here goes...In 1993, in Alaska, I peirced my own nose, with some alcohol, an earpeircing stud, some ice and a clothespin. It didn't hurt all that much, and I'm sure a professional body-peircer would make it hurt even less! It's now 2007, I don't normally wear an earring in my nose, and No, it hasn't grown closed. I would wear the earring in the fresh peircing for at least a month. Take care not to accidentally bump it when picking a good boogy, I found this the hard way. Keep it clean, and it should be good 2 go. Any reputable tattoo/body peircing shop should be able to do it, it's not too expensive, and like I said, 14 years later, the hole is still open. No, the hole is not real noticeable when you don't have a nosering in. Good Luck, and don't do it yourself!!! And no, it doesn't leave a freaking scar.

It hurts A LOT, but only for a split second. You have to be really careful with it while its healing, do it during the summer, less likely to have to blow your nose and rip it out (I did that, talk about PAIN) There is a hole once you take it out, and when it heals over (if it ever does) you can still see where the piercing was.

ok i got my nose peirced before but i did it myself and honestly it doesnt hurt as bad as you think in fact it doesnt really hurt at all honestly but the only bad thing is it does leave a scare the hole closes but you can still see the endention the hole so yea but when i peirced my nose i just did it for the hell of it it was just a phase i was going through trying to show people i was cool cause i got my nose peirced but its like a tattoo in a way u eventually get tired of it and having a tattoo you cant get ridd of it well u can but it takes time its a lot of money and it leaves a scare just like a nose percing it leaves a scare and then your left regretting it cause u eventually get bored of i mean its exciting at first but yea u get tired of it so if you ask me i say dont do it but if you want remeber what i said good luck peace

getting your nose peirced is no big deal. usually a jewlery place in the mall (not a fancy one) or like a tatoo store will perice your nose. i have my nose peirced and it dosent hurt at all.scaring isnt a fact. you will not scar if you get your nose periced unless you make it infected. the only way it gets infected is it you dont take care of it. you cant change it until its 3- 4 months.

when i got mine done it didnt really hurt.. it stung a bit at first but thats about it. it does hurt when you first take our your nose ring and change it.. it will be sore for a couple of days & its usually like that everytime you take it out but other than that its not that bad of a piercing to get..

Yes.

Depending on the person doing it, it will kinda hurt, or it will hurt ALOT.

If you are serious about it, see a professional. (S)he is less likely to cause any real pain.
