Yes, I believe it was wrong for Iran to take the 15 British navy personnel as hostages. Especially holding them for about 2 weeks and how they were mistreated - the British hostages spent most of their time isolated from one another. Now that they are freed we get to hear how they were really treated - blindfolded and exposed to a lot of "mind games" by their captures. The female British sailor was held isolated for about 4 days and was told that they had freed the men and had kept her only as a hostage. Luckily, she is a tough gal, and braved it out. I am so glad that they are all safe and back home now. They certainly deserve 2 weeks of compassionate leave with their families.

Yes, it was wrong to the core. The British were not in Iran waters. I firmly believe Iran planned this. Thank God, the British Sailors were released.

i think of which you're employing the incorrect terminology. I actual don't think that all of us would desire to be chuffed that yet another person is being held against their will. What you would be able to discover however, is that the individuals who you have categorized "liberal" would have a feeling of vindication. whilst a feeling of dome is informed by potential of the liberals, together as the Conservatives say, "stay the direction, do no longer decrease and run", etc, the liberals would desire to sense somewhat vindication on the undeniable fact that as quickly as they say that we are no longer prevailing the conflict, as GW has led all and sundry to have confidence. the protection stress is doing all that they'd and many the time greater, and that i'm proud to understand them. that's unhappy to have some awful element happen, to instruct to the Conservatives that issues are not all that super, as they have been added approximately have confidence.

It was a move that apparently worked quite well for them. They got away Scott free for doing it. Now they're emboldened to something else because the EU did absolutely nothing about it. The world is now in much deeper trouble. The next thing Iran does will be even more terrible.

They were way out of order but they have done it before and they will do it again. Next time I hope the British are ready and defend themselves with all the might at their disposal before the kidnap takes place. They can do nothing once hostages are taken.

It was a badly organised operation by the British forces. They should have been more alert to the possibilities. The Iranians have made the British look weak and foolish

Iran, just like every other nation, has every right to hold anyone that illegally enters their territorial waters.

Of course... it was wrong to seize them, wrong to hold them, and wrong to televise them...
And to the jack-*** who said the US would put them in "Gitmo"... we used to stop SOVIETS and just point them back into international waters !!
