Psalm 86 might help...I have been in this position, It's not an easy choice. I don't know if your religious or not, but asking GOD for help with this decision, might help...

Christ healed people from all manner of sickness and affliction. He then gave His disciples the authority to act in His name and do the same as they traveled the Earth. That Same authority is on the Earth to day.
