No man has intelligence enough to speak on evolution. Science differs as to the reality of the Theory. If you know every thing about anything you also have to know the faults contain within that theory. The evolutionist I hear says there are no flaws
the Bible presents a theistic proposition
IN THE BEGINNING GOD
If you can accept that statement by Faith the Bible become real and its words mean something.
I would say the BIBLE is the truth-science is a tool to find God

If all you've read is Origin of the Species, you're not really qualified to talk about evolution. Lots of research has been done in the intervening 150 years. Both texts have lots of supplementary material that person who wants a really informed viewpoint should read.
I mean, if we're going to practice intellectual snobbery and all, let's at least do it right.

yes, I've read both, of course origin of species is just the first impressions of the father of evolution, so is the worst book on evolution to use to discuss the modern science. Of course, if you are just comparing the validity of the two books, origin still comes out ahead, since he has at least observed it, whereas the bible is just stories without even an attempt at scientific justification...

Most of the Origin of Species, a small proportion of the Bible. The biggest difference? The Origin is meticulously supported by objective facts and reasoned argument. The Bible says: "Believe this, or else". I know which is more persuasive.

I have read both- and I don't think I'm qualified to speak on the behalf of either because I wrote neither

Yes and i am not really qualified to speak fully on either except to say that they are not mutually exclusive books. Science and religion are two different things and in the 21st century should not be two opposing things. Peace be with you

Pretty much anyone who is constanly searching and asking is qualified to speak on what they have learned and on what they hope to learn...
And if you've read both, it's a good start to learning the difference between the blind faith promoted by religion and the logical, deductive type that changes as the information available changes...
Good luck on your search, whatever conclusion you reach...
