Abraham, Moses, King David, Maimonedies, Woody Allen.
Exodus from Egypt, Babylonian Exile, destruction of the Second Temple and Diaspora, Holocaust.

Central beliefs

There is one God. There will be a Messiah who will redeem the Earth.

Nature of God

One God, indivisible, unknowable, almighty, all-seeing, all-knowing, all-good.

Ritual and practice.

Prayers 3 times a day. Torah readings on Saturday, Monday and Thursday. Kashrut.

Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses, Arron, King David, his son King Solomon.
Rebbecca, Ruth, Naomi, Rahab.
Abigail.
Man and Woman, Loved equally By GOD for their faithfulness in the Old Testament.
Also there was a Historian of Jewish origin Named Josephus about the year 70 c.e. that wrote historically accurate verses about the suffering of the Jewish Nation at that time.
Look up Jewish Oral and Written Laws AND read the Book of Leviticus for an in site into Jewish Laws as first handed to them by GOD through Moses

The Old Testament is actually the Hebrew Bible; read it. Then check out books on modern Judaism. The papers are full of stuff about Israel,that ersatz country they rigged up back in the 40's.
