my friend wants to loose weight really fast. she saw this add for slim in 6 and wants to buy it. i keep on telling her its fake and is a waist of money. but she doesnt belive me!! IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT HAS TRIED THIS PROGRAM? IF HAVE NOT TRIED IT BUT IVE HEARD ABOUT IT DO U THINK IT WORKS???

If your friend follows the program, it should help her lose weight. Any exercise that is followed regularly in addition to watching the food intake should achieve weight loss. The program gets the person moving and pushes the cardiovascular system. This is what is necessary for weight loss.
BTW, if your friend decides to go with the first answer, tell her to be VERY careful to read the fine print! That "free" trial offer automatically enrolls her in a program where they will ship her more pills like clockwork and bill her credit card $99 every time! Nothing really free about that!
