We are all Gods creation, only after being born again you become one of his children . God gives you a soul , when he formed you .

I like to think of like as it's a book. Humans are all characters in the book (of course) and when the writer (or God) creates these characters from his minds eye, he decides what certain qualities, morals, and ethics this person will have to start with, and can eventually develop. We all have souls, just different kinds and complexities.
