I would say He was and still is. I mean Jesus lived over 2000 yrs ago and we folks are here on a Friday night still talking about Him. Some of us love Him, some hate Him, and some just like to mock Him. But regardless He is still causing a stir in mankind. I wonder why that is?

He was definitely very special and people were drawn to him. He was kind and compassionate and loving, so yes those qualities definitely make a person charismatic.
