At birth my son was pronounced dead by the doctor. My wife was given a C-section to have him removed from her. I was in the waiting room praying when they brought him in healthy as an ox. Coincidence? Yeah, right.
O.K. I needed a car. My wife visited a church with a friend. The pastor asked her if she had need of a car. She said we had been praying for one. He said he had one we could have. Seems someone donated it to the church to give away. When we picked it up, there was an envelop with cash for title and tags. No doctor involved here.

I spent two hours with a calculator, cursing and trying to figure out how I was going to pay my bills. And, let's just say, I finally did the right thing by God (as I'm too ashamed to say more), and suddenly I could pay my bills - there wasn't any more money, and I still had the same expenses, all the numbers were the same, but somehow I had enough. Somehow 2+2 equalled more than four. And then the bad weather, which depresses me, got warm and bright, and my expensive car repair became not so expensive.

And if that's not enough, in 1996 at Camp Pontiac in West Copake, NY, my entire cabin was sitting on a set of bleachers. A tree behind them had rotted out. It fell without any noise whatsoever. There was no warning at all. About twenty boys were sitting there.

One moment I was yelling at one of them for something disciplinary, the next I was being slapped in the face with leaves. I ran. When I thought I was clear I turned, but I wasn't clear, so I ran more. When I was far enough away, I returned.

My entire cabin was gone, all my kids covered by the tree. (Perhaps one or two were not there). I could only hear two or three of them wimpering. I figured they had all been crushed. I couldn't fish my way in to retrieve any of the kids, so I went for help and raised the alarm. The other counselors were running towards me, so I let them try.

When I returned with the two nurses, every strong male of any age I could find, and a tractor pulling an empty flat hay ride (for a stretcher), I found that each and every one of them was free and safe. A few bruises and cuts, but not so much as a single broken bone.

The first is a miracle as sure as anything. The second might be luck. There are others that I believe are miracles, but skeptics could easily see as merely VERY lucky.

I was hiking during a drought and was almost out of water, and still had a long way to go before I'd get to somewhere where I could get some water, and it was hot enough out that I didn't think I could make it on that. I prayed and two passages from the bible came to mind. The first was about Jesus taking a few fish and bread, giving thanks and feeding thousands, and then the second, he was saying to His followers "greater things than these shall you do, if you have faith". So, I gave thanks for the handful of water I did have and kept hiking. I drank freely from that little bit of water all afternoon, even washing down lunch with it. When it finally did run out I only had to walk another 100ft until I found water. I estimate that I drank maybe 5 times more than I actually had.

I work in ICU, I have had pts that the doctors gave up on but the family would not. One of those pts was on a ventilator with a very bad infection. He had been treated with EVERY antibiotic known to man. He was extibated and reintibated several times. Each time he was not able to stay off of the vent for more than a few minutes. So they put a tracheotomy in his throat. He spent more than a month in ICU. Today he is talking and eating and he was moved out to the regular floor. clearly a miracle. my friend, a nurse, her daughter was thrown from a car that rolled on top of her, she walked away from that. My son was run over by a four wheeler. He was 8 or 9. there was not a scratch on him and no broken bones. surviving accidents are miracles coincidence are God's way of remaining anonymous

I saw apicture of a spiritual guide that was painted by a psychic painter. When he gave it to the person he was flabbergasted, because she was what he sees and had a rose in her mouth.
She'd told him before the painting that she would let him know it was her because she would present the rose in some manner.
The painting was made without the knowledge of the person who recieved it.
The painter didn't know who the recipient was.
Also I met with David. He told me things about my late husband that only him and I knew or joked about.
What my grand parents where like and names of peole who passed over so I could tell my parents as to confirm the reading.
It was taped and my Mother couldn't believe all the things she heard when I let her listen to the tape.
The names and discription of people she knew as a child and young adult were so accurate that she told me stories about her younger years, she'd even forgotten about.
I've no explaination, only the tape.

One time when I was coming home from work, I was assaulted. At that exact moment, a cop just happened along and probably saved my life in the process. Co-incidence? I don't think so. God has other plans for me.

I heard about a theist evolving into an atheist.
It's a rare occurance, but it does happen. The only explanation I can come up with is that it must be due to divine intervention (from the FSM)

Someone I knew showed me their filling in a tooth and said that during a sermon everyone in her congregation had their fillings turned to gold. It did seem gold colored, but I have no way of knowing what color it was before the sermon, or even if she had food caught in her tooth at the time. I don't think it was a miracle.
