Startle or scare easily ?

I startle easily but don't scare easily. I don't scream though.

I have nerves of steel. If one of my kids, or anyone really, tries to scare me I get po'd. I think it's the fight or flight thing kicking in. Instead of screaming and running, my adrenaline starts pumping.

When somebody comes up behind me I can get scared easily or if I am deep in concentration.
