I have always had large upper arms. I m a senior, would like to know what exercixes to do. I do life 2 lb weights several times a day.

i lose 16lbs in 5 days.

1)jogging every day
2)tae bo 5 times a week for 1hr
3)hot yoga 2 times a week for 1hr 30mins
*these are great for all age groups.

eat healthy and drink at leaset 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 tb spoon of apple cider vinegar boosts ur metabolism!

It depends if you want to make them bigger or smaller. If you want them smaller, the lifting weights is just building muscle.
