Is he in the US with a legal status? He can adjust status.
or is he illegal? He will have to go back.
Getting pregnant is not going to help, to file for his papers you need money and pregnancy is not gonna open the doors of immigration.
By the way, there is no citizenship by marriage.

Yes, the days of citizenship by marriage are long gone. It really depends on your husband's status here. If he's here on the VWP, I've been told there's nothing you can do to keep him here beyond the 3 months (you can't ask for an extended/modified visa since there's no visa to extend/modify). And no, getting pregnant won't help you. (If none of the following apply to you, check out the USCIS website and do some research.)
You can apply for the temporary visa (Form I-129F) to get him here sooner...while you're waiting for the permanent visa (Form I-130) to be adjudicated. Of course...my husband's permanent visa was granted less than a month after the temporary visa. I'm told that was a rare occurrence, but who knows. Anyway, once he's physically here, and his permanent visa has been approved, he can apply for permanent residence. All the forms and information you need can be found at www.uscis.gov. Read everything on the website that relates in any way to your situation.
FYI, it's a very good idea to stay organized with this. It's a long process to start with. Lose an important document and you've multiplied your frustration and time spent working on it. And you'll want to keep copies of EVERYTHING...USCIS actually thought they had lost my husband's file and asked us to start over, until someone found it on their desk! Keep track of all your calls to them, too. You'd be surprised at how many different answers you can get for the same question! (And be ready for a horrendous hold time.)
Also, it can get costly, so don't be surprised at how fast the little amounts add up.
And finally, you should prepare yourself for the possibility of being away from your husband for a while. I was told the temporary visa would only take 4-6 months, and it ended up taking 9 months (not including the extra month needed to get the paperwork to my husband's embassy and get him in for his interview).
Good luck!

It's NOT going to help if you are pregnant. If you got married while your husband was here illegally, then you may be screwed. If oyu married him and he was here legally, then he needs to apply for an "Adjustment in Status" to get a green card.
Go to the US State Dept. website and look for immigration info. Or get an immigration attorney.

You should go to your local immigration office. There is a ton of paperwork to fill out and you have to have some money to file certain forms.
It will take several trips because they will eventually give him resident alien status. He'll need to provide a background check from his country of origin too.
Don't get pregnant just to keep him in the country. That is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. What would you call the baby then? Greencardo?

There is acutally many different ways. You have to research the laws of immigration for this year, since they change yearly. I believe bieng married to him is what helps you, but you do have to be married for a certain period of time. You should research it more on the net.
Good luck =0)

If you really love him wouldn't it be better to go with him to his beautiful nation and apply through the U.S. embassy there?
