I am a physical therapist, and there is ususally some relief with regular exercise, but this has to be moderate exercise and not pushed too hard. Also I have read that if you limit salt that helps, however I'm sure if you look it up on the web you can find other nutritional advice to help. I also go to a naturopath (ND) that is also an MD, and they do tests and check all kinds of levels of hormones and blood levels. They can prescribe natural supplements that can help tremendously with pain relief in the muscle and joint. Also, making sure that you are controlling stress is important.

I recommend all natural Pain Relief Complex. It's been very effective in helping eliminate the pain associated with fibromyalgia.

Other chronic pain remedies on the market target only one of the two pain producing enzymes. This complex blocks both pain enzymes (COX-2 and 5-LOX) in a natural product that is safe with no side effects. It does not block the enzyme (COX-1) that protects your stomach from acid.

Also available is Joint Health Complex and Joint & Muscle Pain Cream.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.
