Comparison.
Islamics worship the moon god, Alla, the god of Mohammad.
Jews worship the Most High God, the one Christians refer to as Father.
Christians worship Christ and the Father.
What sets Christianity apart from the others?
Only one can and will give us the ability to be resurrected into a body that does not die.

Can't compare them all here, but you can't do anything EXCEPT believe in only one. Now, that is subject to change if Jews accept Jesus as the Messiah. But, other than that, the three religions are not compatible.
