it means u really like someone and that ull do anything fir that person, its not always a good thing tho...actually, its hardly ever a good thing. if ur sprung over someone-for example your gf or bf-u may think that ur not good enough for him/her and ur self-esteem gets kinda low, ive had friends go thru that a lot and its nor a pretty sight...

It means that the person in question, makes you feel bubbly and happy (kinda like you have butterflies in your stomach.) When you're sprung, you feel like you wanna spend all your time with that person and almost like you'd do soo much for that person. Being sprung over someone means your really feeling that person.
