Where I live it was about 75 degrees a couple of days ago and within two days it has dropped to about 32 degrees and it is snowing. I ran yesterday and a little today and now my jaw is hurting pretty bad. I know running alone can cause TMJ pain, but can cold make it worse? If so, any advise? I like to get out and run even if it is cold.

Yes, cold affects the joints. Put hot towels on both sides of the face at the TMJ area for ten minutes. This should help reduce the pain. You may need to take something like Advil to further reduce pain.
