If that's your only source of income, and you have no kids, I don't think you'll get a refund. Check the IRS website for more info

If it is your only source of income, and you have no chidlren, then you are not entitled to any type of refund.

If it is additional income, and you pay property taxes, or qualify for other tax credits, then you may.

Tax refunds are generally for individuals who may federal taxes, if you are not paying into it, then I wouldn't expect to receive anything in return.

SSI isn't taxable or reportable. Unless you have other income, you won't get a refund - you don't have anything paid in as withholding, and wouldn't be eligible for a refundable credit.
