My mid back, my ribs, my middle of my stomach and my leg hurts all at once.The pain gets so severe that i end up crying my self to sleep at night.I am getting an MRI tomorow to see whats wrong, but can u tell me some good meds that will relieve my pain?

With such severe pain it's going to be difficult for an over the counter medication to totally relieve your pain. You can try extra strength Tylenol or Advil. If you have calcium tablets take one with a glass of water every hour this can often remove pain symptoms.
I'm glad you're getting an MRI tomorrow so that you will get the proper treatment for your pain.
