You need to work on your lats, biceps and forearms. One arm rows with a dumbell for lats, pull downs with nautilus machines for lats, preacher bench for arms, alt. curls with dumbells for biceps and wrist curls for forearms. You'll be busting out some good pull-ups soon enough.

start training your entire body equally. severe muscle imbalances are a road to injury.
