also what if I don't use weights- will that have an effect- bcuz i read a thing that said if you do many reps with small weight or no weights you will build quiker and stronger

I think it varies for each person and also the exercise plan (length of time spent exercising and the kind of exercises you are doing)

Depending on what you consider results, really. Other factors, your initial conditioning plays a role as does age.

However, the answer is months, many months. The body can only change so much.

People spend years out of shape and expect to results or to look far better in weeks is pretty much just lack of patience.

with out weights results will be minimal. exercise only provides the stimulus for growth the diet ultimately determines the size of the muscles. the better the diet the quicker results will be seen in terms of increased muscle size.

light weights do not provide the necessary stimulus that is required for the muscles to adapt and become stronger. mass always follows strength in terms of bodybuilding.

Muscles in our body take time to build. It all depends on how regular you do your body building. However, if you are a beginner you cannot do it abruptly. You have to start slowly until such time your muscles are fit enough to do the heavy job. I would safely say three months of regular workouts will show some developing muscles.

You might not see any weight loss or tone right away, but you should notice a difference in about two weeks, if you are doing it properly.
You will feel stronger and you will feel your muscles developing.

THERE IS NO EXACT TIME...WHEN YOUR WORKING OUT, do not think of yourself as getting into a perfect body in exactly 4 days 3hours 2min and 42sec, etc. it is different for each person...just keep workin hard and DONT think of this

depends on your age, diet and what you mean by "properly". regardless, some results should be seen in about 2-3 weeks
