It depends on what you mean. I don't think even the most hardened atheist has complete faith in him/herself, rather they trust in themselves as far as they are able then look to wise folk in the scientific community/ other people when they need help. They most decidedly do not turn to God.
That having been said, the scripture says, "Cursed is the man that trusts in man, that makes flesh the strength of his arm." In other words, don't completely rely on mankind or upon yourself. The self-reliant are at odds with God.

Faith in the spirit and in God makes way for true Faith in oneself
so yes i do have faith in myself, buy only because i have faith in God who guides me and directs my life.
if it was just me,i dont think i would have all much faith
