Everytime I go to dispute it comes back valid, I had nothing to do with this credit card at any time, never even knew he had it. How can I shake this? It's killing me and I am looking to buy a house here pretty soon.

It sounds to me that you are trying to dispute the charge though the credit bureau. Don't waste your time. Contact the court that issued the judgment and ask them to correct the record. As long as the public records show your name on the judgment, the credit bureau will NEVER remove it form you report.

There are lots of ways to accomplish what you want but only 1 best way. If you have lots of time and persistence, you can take a stab at it yourself. I believe, however, that your credit is at least on the same level of importance as taxes (which most people have professionally completed). I know of a non-profit company that does all the leg work for you and hopes to improve your score 90 points in 90 days. Check out the credit repair link at www.totaldebtsolutionsllc.com

It might be expensive, but you could look for a lawyer with experience in dealing with credit issue. He may be able to deal with the credit agencies and know what documentation needs to be provided to them.
