Today I was sitting at my computer and I had to sneeze, so I instantly jerked my head to the side, and I felt a painful snapping in my neck accompanied with a burning/tingling sensation on the right side of my head. The burning went away after about 10 seconds, but the neck pain is still active. It feels like I might have pulled a muscle but I'm not sure. I can feel the pain in my neck mostly when I turn my head to the left . What could this be?

You've definitely have strained a muscle in your neck. It's easy to do. Use a moist heating pad on your neck for twenty minutes. Afterwards use an analgesic balm. Do this for a few days. If you don't feel better Consult a good massage therapist who will be able To work out the problem in the muscle.
