Hi, I do not like milk at all since an incident inchildhood. I need milk to keep my muscles strong, but throw up when I try to drink it. So could anyone help me to know how to get the healthy bones without drinking milk?

I don't want supplements, and I do not like cheese. However yogurt is okay. But is there anything else

I am severely allergic to Milk and all milk by-products. You DO NOT have to have them in your diet in order to have good health or strong bones. You can add things like fortified orange juice, sardines with bones, broccoli, kale, almonds, some soy products, Brazil nuts, dried figs, Total cereal with soy milk or rice milk, tums, and other sources of calcium to your diet.

Well, do you like cheese, perhaps yogurt? If not take a suppliment, they don't taste too bad. I've taken them before since I'm lactose intolerant.
