Can I come back to the world if I find HEAVEN extremely disgusting, irritating and boring? HA

Here's a little exercise to try:
1.If working off "karma" in this life results in returning at a higher level, where are the perfect, or even NEAR perfect people? Why is it that at no matter what level of society you look, you find that people are sinful?
2. If you fail to work of "karma" you come back at a lower level. Why then are we not overrun within a few generations with progressively lower beings until mankind is gone since the first point is already established?
3. Who decides that you get to advance? Some council of supposedly ascended "masters?" We already established isn't happening in point 1 above.

Doesn't the Bible model make better sense? "It is appointed ONCE to die, and after this, the judgment."

The future never comes,
And you can"t live in the past...
The present is where you live
And the present never lasts...

I would recommend that you focus on the now. In my experience with past life regression meditations, it felt to much like "if i want/like the feeling this idea gives me...then it must be true!"
Long story short, i care more about who you are, than who/what you may have been. (All R 1) (2 B 1)

I know a lot about my past lives and i use a simple technique. Here it is. When it's dark outside close the windows and turn off the lights so that the room is completly dark. Then sit before a mirror and light a candle. If you have aroma candles or sticks light them. Look into the flame but not directly cause you'll hurt your eyes. Breathe deeply and clear your mind of all thoughts and images. Then close your eyes and try to remember your childhood then your early years and your birth. The last you can't remember but try remembering before your birth the past life. Images sounds and voises will begin to appear in your mind. Grab them and analise them. Do that as many times as you want. In the end you will have enough info to remember your past life.

I understand and respect your belief. Go and see someone who can take you back to your past life. But you must be brave!!! Can you imagine if you found out that you were Adolf Hitler? That would scare me you see. The risk of finding out that I was a baddy and not a goody. personally, you should leave it alone. If your brain or soul was designed to not let you know, then you should keep it that way. So are you a buddist? Respect!

You can't really tell. You might be able to get a basic gist of what you might have been like in a past life, based on what you beleive this life is teaching you now, but you can't truly tell.

The problem with saying you can tell exactly who you were is that a suprising number of people have been Cleopatra or Constantine in a past life, according to their own enlightened thoughts.

You don't know. Sometimes you get a feeling of knowin gsomething you couldn't have learned, and that is a clue. You have to interpret those how you wish. I've always felt there is something else, that I just know and can't learn, so that is why I believe in reincarnation.

Please listen carefully. There is NO way you could have been somebody else in a past life. When you were born you have completley different brain and body than anybody and you grow up in a completley different environment than people in the past. There is NO SUCH THING as reincarnation.

By letting go of the past, it'll come flooding to you faster than you can imagine.

We're blessed to forget past lives so that we may live in a mild form of forgiveness. If you can calm your spirit enough to show you're not interested in holding grudges, you may be surprised what's revealed to you.

But this knowledge is like a rifle in your hands. You have to prove beyond a doubt that you're looking to scare crows, and not rob banks with it.

You had NO past life! That's a fallacy! God gave each one of us one life to live... that's it! Your only chance is what you do with it while you're here.
If everyone kept coming back over and over again, there wouldn't be any population growth, right?
Well... the population is continuously growing larger and larger, so reincarnation is not even logical !
