Us Americans don't need to plan a take-over......every other country already owes us so much money that we can foreclose on them whenever we want to.

Good question but is neither of them. I bet it will probably be China or Russia. The Americans will soon have a Democrat as president I bet and once that happens wewithdraw all troops. Once this happens and the Dems decrease the military and once the a huge earthquake happens in 2010(This has been predicted in the bible code) I bet China will think America is weak and strike the west coast. By doing this sparking WW3. The reasons Germany wouldn't do it is because why would they? They have no interests in the outside world for the moment. Also they don't got the balls to attack another country at the moment.

Use some sense. Germany suppressed by violent arrests anyone who wasn't a nationalist.
You still have free speech. So do we. You may not like it, but tough. EVERYONE gets to speak in the U.S.A.

If it were the Americans, don't you think we would have stayed in Iraq the first time in 1991 when we had 500,000 trooops there? Or do you think we would have sent more than 130,000 there this time?
If it were the Americans, we would have given Japan back, given Germany back, given Italy back after we defeated them in WWII?
