I am long past the shopping phase of personal relationships, but I can say that none of the above would be my answer.

More important than any personality trait or physical looks is a single thing: Can we communicate? (Can we share our thoughts and feelings with each other?)

After this is determined, I like to know: Do we bring joy and adventure into each other's lives?
