I don't know if "centro" or "almacén" are used in this case in any country (I've never heard them), but I think it's better:
Tienda de alquiler de videos
Or simply: Tienda de videos

Alquilar = to rent (verb)
Alquiler = rent, as a noun

Centro de' rentar video there are other dialects in Spain you would have to add a s at the end of video but in most places it should be Centro de' rentar video ..
