It is something you both knew going into the relationship. You could get another job so you can continue to date him. He could get another job and continue to date you. If the rules are not to date, you know the consequences if they find out. You or he or both of you should find another job if you don't want to be fired and you know you are going to continue this relationship for a while. Best wishes to you.

Hi babygurl, well I am assuming you are both single. It happens all the time. People are crazy to think managers can only date other managers and workabee's can only date workabee's, yeah right people get a clue. I was working my manager over for years. She was a very beautiful young lady who was very smart and very well thought of. I was a workabee, got my stuff done, did my own thing. People knew and I as well as you will get ragged about it from time to time to start with but so what.
Something else will come along and people will forget about you and jump on it. Now we did not hang on each other or do anything at work. We remained very professional at work and bonked our brains out and did things together after work.
I say talk to him about it, see what he says. I mean you two are a couple so you should decide together. My own opinion, if your not doing anything at work, hell with them. Keep your personal life personal. I hate that about people. That's why it's called a personal life, IT'S YOURS, not everyone else's to look at. Hope this helped. Go for it Girl...

If you are afraid it will come out start looking for another job where you and he can date without the threat of losing either job. Until you find another job keep your romance on the low at work don't act like you two are dating

on one hand you have a career and the other potential love,,which seems to have a chance at going the distance? would you and he survive if you were to move to another company or would the relationship dwindle as the 'excitement' has gone.if you cant discuss this with him it is too soon for any decision which potentially could effect the rest of your working life... if you can discuss it then find out where he sees this relationship long term, but be sure you and he agree you have a relationship before you do anything

If the relationship is worth pursuing, find employment elsewhere and continue the relationship. Otherwise, it isn't worth it if you both lose your jobs. Then you will blame each other for being unemployed.

properly, probability is you'd be in direct violation of economic company coverage in case you probably did date her earlier you went to a special save. courting a 17 12 months previous is creepy, yet criminal, yet besides very creepy (on the risk of being redundant.), so it really is as a lot as you in case you want to flow that line. merely suggestion i am going to provide you is to attend until eventually you get transferred so that you have not any complications.

If you value your relationship, more than the job, find another job. But, make sure his feelings are the same. And for god sake, make sure he isn't married already.

dating ur manager... wow .. u should feel special and if other emplloyees find out or say something.. so wat. It is not their buisness and u have every right to be happy. If he picked u out of all the other employees and people then it is for a reason. If u really like him, no matter wat, u wont give him up
