Eat lots of protein if you want mass. If you want to look less skinny, also eat carbohydrates like bread, pasta, etc...

Don't eat junk food, that may make you fat but it will also make you unhealthy. Eat healthy, 3 meals a day, and maybe a snack in between.

You have to take in more calories than you're burning. Try foods with lots of protien.

bread, potato, chick peas, pasta,
you'll be noticing some weight in no time
