My urine is very cloudy, almost milky white with "stuff" floating around in it. (Sorry to be graphic) Do you think I have something to worry about?

Low grade fever about 99 degrees for a month or so. No real pain to speak of.

you definitly have something to be worried about bcause urine should not be cloudy, or have stuff floating around in it . I think you need to see a nephrologist(kidney doctor)

Yes, this sounds like a UTI. This needs to be evaluated by a dr. Because of the holiday weekend try a walk-in clinic to have this evaluated.

you definitely have infection in your urine, however, without the pain or urinary urgency, i think it is in your kidney (pyelonephritis) and it can turn ugly at any time. you need antibiotics, but you need to get a urine culture first to see what kind of antibiotics

um stuff floating around in it?? To my knowledge UTI is when it burns while you are peeing. You will need antibiotics only way to cure it.
