Your boyfriend will probably never be allowed to enter this country again. Marrying him is not going to make a difference at all, unless you want to apply for residency in his country of origin so that the two of you can live there.

Not for a good 10 years and then it's a strong maybe. If he's being deported.....there's a more than good reason for it. You best start thinking on the lines as to whether you can live in his world or not. Is it Love....or is it a Green Card?

You will have to go to his country, marry him, live there for 12 months and them apply for immigration. The government will consider if your new spouse should get a visa, however, nothing is definite. Therefore you are taking a very big risk that the government will reject the application.

Depending on what kind of deportation it is.If is not criminal then yes,you can marry him in his country and that will bring him back.
By the way you might want to visit a lawyer before his deportation. My brother had a deportation order but he was able to file for humanitarian case that kept him here.Meanwhile he marry his current wife and got his green card without leaving the country.

Think real hard about that. Don't marry someone just to keep them in the country...Not a good way to start a marriage.
