I'm a hairdresser, and with your hair being black i would at least go to a salon and have them put some highlights in it, not blonde blonde ones, just a light brown, and then put the manic panic on...it'll stick better to lighter hair.
If you need anything, let me know

yeah my hair is naturally black and I use manic panic all the time. You have to se bleach to really get the color to show up. if not than your hai will just come out tinted.

Hi there, I just laugh about my past 3 years of panic now. I was not able to go anywhere without carrying xanax. Fear of having another attack was the most important subject of my days. When i first found joe barry's web site i started to cry because of my happiness.

Is it natural black or dyed black? I had my hair dyed black and had to have the dye stripped out of by a salon.

Yes, bleaching your hair will also make the colour stay in longer.

yes, because otherwise it probably won`t be very visible on your hair...i have dark brown hair & to make my color really really stand out, i bleach the part that i`m going to color totally white...the color really "pops" this way, with a neon sort of look to it...

if you don't, your hair will still be black but with the tinge on color that you use.
