Yeah its ok. I've never seen a kitten that young liking catnip. It won't hurt the kitten at all. Just keep an eye on him. You don't want him to get to much. Kittens don't usually like catnip till they are at least 6 months old.

howdy! satisfied Early Birthday on your cat by the way! Catnip isn't some thing like marjuana even with the actual shown reality that it may reason your cat to act as if they're extremely excited or lovey. even if that's in a toy then they're probable to rub up adversarial to it, play with the toy (Chase it round), lick it or only pay more suitable interest to it than frequent. even if that's a spray then they're probable to do the same as i discussed except for with out as a lot mobility. Catnip is extremely interesting and your cats loooooove it! As reported earlier, your cat received't reply in any respect, this may be using senses no longer being as stronger as a mature cat or they only do not respond to catnip. one in all my cats would not difficulty in any respect with those products even with the actual shown reality that his brother is going loopy for it. also, different manufacturers would reason hightened responses. I truthfully have stated that particular manufacturers do not do some thing and others achieve this that you would opt to attempt countless issues. Catnip does actual no longer some thing undesirable on your cat in any respect, in the different case they does no longer promote it!! A one 365 days previous with catnip is totally high-quality and youthful too so do not situation your self. in case you extremely opt to study out some clinical advise, you are able to only pop on your vet and they willbe more suitable than satisfied to allow you to comprehend some more suitable yet I truthfully have owned cats from at the same time as they were kittens for ten years now and am very experienced. each of the excellent! It's okay just not too much. If it is in something where they can't get at the actual grains, it is better. Too much catnip can cause them to hyper-salivate which isn't life threatening but a little scary.

No. You should really wait until your kitten is a year old. I'm not sure it will harm him, but everywhere they are trying to discourage it. Cat nip mimics cat pheromones.
