No, polar bears live in the arctic (north) and penguins in the antarctic (south) so to eat a penguin, a polar bear would have to swim several thousand miles through the warm tropics. Might happen...

No they do not! The Penguins live in Antarctica, which is in the southern hemisphere and Polar bears live in the arctic, which is in th Northen Hemisphere. So, there is no way in the world that polar bears can eat penguins in the wild, they live at the top and bottom of the Earth!

In the past they did, but we managed to stop them by exiling all polar bears to the Arctic and most penguins to the Antarctic. A few penguins managed to avoid exile by settling in the Galapagos Islands (off the coast of South America near the equator) but since that is a long way from the Arctic, we tolerate it.

No they don't. Polar bears might eat penguins if they had any available. But Polar bears are native to the Artic (north polar) region. All the penguin species are native to the southern hemisphere.

Penguins are ONLY at the South Pole and Polar Bears are ONLY at the North Pole. So the answer to your question is NO.
