First of all, I need to clarify with you that "anorexic" isn't a look...it's a disease. If you're not anorexic now, the chances of you becoming anorexic before summer are extremely slim (no pun intended!).
Not eating for 7 hours isn't much of a strain...most of us do this every night while we're sleeping. Dieting on a more long term basis is likely to cause problems, so you're best off eating healthy - lots of fruits & vegetables, lots of water and milk, and lots of low-fat meats (you need the protein!).
If you want to look "perfect", your best bet is to exercise. If you can't do it at the gym, try walking or jogging (with a friend!!). Be extra-active when you're in your P.E. class - take it seriously, and take part in all of the activities. You might also be able to sign up at a local pool in order to swim laps. They say swimming is one of the best exercises you can do, since it works almost all of your muscles at once.

You need to inform yourself and stop making excuses. Skipping meals actually causes your body to hold onto fat and burn muscle mass. The food your mom cooks in not really bad for you, it has good carbs, about a half hour before dinner, run around the block a few times for about 15 minutes, then eat. The carbs will help your to recover.

Try to move around a lot. EAt healthy. Load yourself with foods with alot of water and fibers --like fruits. It showed that if you eat like that for four weeks, your appetize would definitely lower.

Educate yourself around health, food and nutrition. Balance this education with your preferences. Eat sensibly and excise regularly.
Stop eating wont solve your problem in the long run. It will make things worse.

you could go to the recreational center that is near you and exercise. they have weight room courts and swimming pools, it depends where you go.
its free for people under 18. you just have to sign up and probably need your parents. just eat healthy, sleep right and drink water youll be fine

try to exercise and watched beating habits that could affect the way you look. i am thirteen to and sometimes I feel that way just be happy about the way you look and tried not to freaking out

eat healthy and ecercise.. go jogging, its the best thing for you. it will tone up your whole body and if you go everynight you will see results pretty fast. :)
