Its not so much those are coming into the country illegally but those who enter legally but whose visas & passports expire. We have no system in place to herd out those who entered legally but wont leave once their papers expire.

I think the problem is that not all Americana's understand why it is so important to stop immigration. I went to urban schools in L.A. Illegal immigration is a huge problem. Illegal immigration has destroyed the middle class in L.A. The middle class is so important to the American dream. Illegal immigration costs tax payers billions of dollars in education, and medical expenses each year. illegals have destroyed the health care and educational system in S. California. Illegals are almost all uninsured, and don't speak English, which over burdens the American taxpayers. In an age when security is so important we have to know who is coming in and out of this country.

You say Legal Americans so your suggesting there are illegal Americans which I never heard of. If we stoped all immigration we would become a third rate country because americans arnt smart enough to run industries and have lost faith in the system. Only immigrant are smart enough to use the system and ignorant to trust it. You are just feeding ammunition to the illegal alien lovers.

I agree that illegal immigration must be curtailed, but we need an influx of young legal immigrants. There is a demographic change going on in this country with the population skewing older. If we don't have a big enough youthful legal workforce, those of us who are still south of retirement age will be taxed out of existence to pay the Social Security benefits of the huge number of elderly Americans. This problem is already apparent in European countries and is catching up with the USA.

Actually, no. But I would be very interested to hear your views. Just for interests sake, did you know that America was founded on immigration and that it is essential to the smooth running of the economy. When all the illegal immigrant workers in California demanded to be paid minimum wage they were given it as it was known that if they continued their strike or were deported, the economy of California would collapse.

No. Not gonna happen. Our political system was born, based & grew on- immigrants coming into this country. Even if we could cut the flow off (& there's no way we can do that), prices would rise for things because there wouldn't be enough low-wage earners to hold them down. We'd be cutting our own throats.

Which group do you want to keep out? The Irish or the Polish? Grow up-immigration is ultimately good for this country. It would be a lot worse if our population were dropping and no one wnated to live here.

Absolutely not!

This nation should never close its doors to immigrants. However, those who chose to enter the US illegally shall be sent back home. End of story.

And, like a few others, I cannot watch videos at work, so please enlighten me!

As long as we support Israel and leave our borders open to all forms of immigration the United States of America will be Blessed.

if we stop support of Israel (who is God's chosen people) and not allow the needy immigrants to come to our country...then we will suffer for it...its not for you and me but for the entire world to enjoy..USA..
the land of immigrants and liberals too
